I am not a strategy theorist.

I am an operator.

I work with leadership teams to diagnose structural misalignment, reduce strategic drift, and establish execution discipline that lasts beyond my involvement.

I have spent decades inside complex technology organizations — across cloud infrastructure, enterprise IT, product platforms, and regulated environments. I have seen most failure modes: misaligned leadership teams, strategy drift, technology debt masked as progress, and customer signal lost in internal noise. My work begins where clarity has eroded.

Most organizational problems are not purely technical. They are structural. Customers, users, employees, and executives often describe different realities. I listen across those layers, identify systemic constraints, and translate fragmented signals into aligned decisions and sustainable forward motion.

I work with technology-driven organizations at inflection points — leadership transitions, product resets, post-acquisition integration, or periods of strategic drift. Engagements begin with clear executive sponsorship and commitment to structural change.
